Drip Pan Twisted!!

I have a Deck Boss 800. Today I pulled my aluminum foil off my drip pan and noticed it was a little wonky when I put it back in. I thought it was still serviceable. I was just planning to crank it up and sear some tuna on a griddle. The pan is so twisted now the front left and back right corners are almost touching the grate.

Has anyone seen this before? What could cause this? Is there a fix besides buying a new pan? I could probably still twist it straight but what’s to keep it from happening again. Less than 40 cooks on this smoker. Kinda frustrated.

Bike/Stake Pump Track

Anyone know of any pump tracks besides the one in Rock Hill at the BMX complex? I’m specifically looking for one open early, as Rock Hill doesn’t open until noon and I like to ride early.

Digital ID/Signature issues

I just want to fill and sign. Every time I try to sign, it pops up and asks me to create a digital ID. I just want to type my name and drag it into position and be done with it.

I have already deleted all the digital signatures from my edit -> preferences -> Signatures -> Identities & Trusted Certificates

I created this form, and when I added the signature fields, the only option was for a digital signature. Is that my issue, or is there a setting somewhere I need to change?

I’m still fairly new to smoking and learning every new smoke. I smoked two butt at the same time for the first time. I’m using a recteq deck boss 800. I threw them on at 2330 @230 and pulled them off around 1400. No wrap. I cranked the temp up to 450 the last few minutes just to get the last 3 degrees as I was running out of time. It never actually got above 350. Both hit temp with moments of each other. Double wrapped in foil and placed inside towels inside a cooler to rest for about 5 hours before I broke into the first one. (The second was 3 hours later)

The only difference was the mustard. I usually use food lion brand stoneground because it what I keep in my house. I ran out so I used plain yellow on the other. When I shredded the yellow mustard one to serve to friends, I was surprised it was kinda dry. Not sure why. I thought it was because I didn’t wrap butt the second butt was juicy as hell.

I was bagging the remainder of both tonight for freezing and I noticed the yellow mustard butt didn’t have any fat in the bottom of the container while the other had about 4 oz of pure white goodness.

Any thoughts on why they turned out so differently?
