What exactly are ILS, and is it worth to go for it for nmcce?

I got 99.6% and might have a chance through ILS but still im not very sure, got allotted Mithibai for Round 1.

Suggestions are welcome.

Which one is better since I also want to give time to my CFA prep and later on CAT prep.

NM is infamous for attendance scenes so wanna know If I choose Mithibai over NM will I regret it later?
