what camera should I get?
Attached photos for reference of my level in photography.
Started photography 8 months ago , been shooting on my
Pentax OptioVS20, going on a trip next month so I wanna get an upgrade.
(1) Budget, country, and currency:
Hong Kong , HKD , around 3000HKD
(2) What equipment, if any, you have now and why is it no longer meeting your needs?
Pentax OptioVS20 doesn't have a manual mode and video quality is horrid, looking for an upgrade
(3) What kinds of subjects do you intend to shoot? Landscape, street etc.
(4) Is it primarily for photography, videography, or both?
Both (more towards photography cus I probably only do static shots)
Note: Not looking for entirely new cameras since I'm just a beginner and wanna start off slow , refurbished /used is ok.

what camera should I get
Budget: 350USD
Country: Hong Kong
Condition: Hoping for a brand new camera but refurbished ones would be more budget-friendly for me.
Type of Camera: Mirrorless, DSLR, point and shoot, 35mm film?
Intended use: Both photography and video taking
Photography : Street,landscape ,portrait etc.
If video what style: Vlogging , static shots
What features do you absolute need:
What features would be nice to have: Viewfinder
Portability: Could be pocketable/small bags
Cameras you're considering: Canon EOS M50/ Canon EOS R100 since it can do hybrid shootings (although brand-new price is way over my budget)
Cameras you already have: Pentax OptioVS20 (ik it's not professional buts it's gifted from someone) .Video taking in the camera results in poor quality. Photography is alright ,although missing manual mode
I'm really really new to photography (8 months) and I dont really know much about it ,especially the terms (Mirrorless,DSLR etc) or like which cameras to consider cus I seriously don't know .
