Centry link trying to have us leave???
Last week my WiFi router was out for an entire week from Friday to Friday. A technician came by to give us a new router C3000 which was older than our 4000. We used that old one but I found another 4000 online for cheap because we need this one for WiFi to reach certain places. The day after putting in the new 4000 router the WiFi went back down after only being back up for 3 days total and just one afternoon with the new 4000 router. I trouble shooted it online and it said there were no outages. The only thing it talked about was that new router I just put back in and how it’s too good since we’re only using 50MB/s out of its 140 maximum. Just find it weird any time we use a WiFi 6 router ours just so happens to go out of service. Anyone else have these problems? I also might just think they are trying to force us to switch because we’re grandfathered in so they are forced to keep us connected after not supporting our area with new installs for some time.
