applying for natsci, taking maths bio phys sections (weird ik). bio I’m averaging like 6-9 on NSAA and esat lab, physics about 4-5 then maths im shocking at with like 2, despite it being my best Alevel.

Do they look at your average over all section only or individual scores for each? any tips to improve maths 1 would be greatly appreciated im lowkey struggling.

got AABB AS grades, looking to apply for Cambridge Nat sci, probably predicted 3 A stars 1 A. Do the Bs from AS matter or are predicted grades looked at more?

Bit of background: I take maths bio chem physics alevels, predicted 3a stars 1 a. GCSEs - 7 9s 2 7s. hopefully applying to Cambridge natural sciences if I can fix this lol.

maths alevel is my best subject and I got 1 mark off 100% in my mocks in year 12. the past few weeks I’ve started to prepare for esat but I’m having major troubles with maths 1

i feel so dumb because it supposed to be easy, and maths is my best subject at alevel but I’ve done 3 past papers on NSAA (timed) and I’ve been getting around 6/18 on all of them which is equivalent to about 1.5 weighted

how do I go about improving this drastically, I feel doomed ngl, and confused about why I am struggling so much. any help would be really appreciated!!

Website says it’s not a requirement but does anyone know someone who got in without it?

I take bio chem phys and maths and predicted mainly a stars.

also ESAT subjects: do these matter? website says you are free to choose but I wanna do maths1 bio and physics as i think this will maximise my score but unsure if they look at the subjects and take that into account

I need to get top surgery asap after I’m 18- preferably in the 3 months after- I was looking at guy sterne antony fitton.

I know I need a referral for it/ diagnosis of gender dysphoria. does anyone know whether I can get one of these at 17 then use it after my birthday or the quickest way to get one on my birthday/ weeks following?

I’m going to France on holiday and we are going to be staying in hostels, however one has only female and male dorms. I’ve changed my name legally but haven’t updated my passport so still says a v feminine name+ F on it. I pass fully. I had to book either male or female dorm soon and don’t know which one, and on check in you have to provide your passport as a form of ID. no other hostel is available in the location. any advice/ experience would be useful. it’s a HI youth hostel so if you know of their policy lmk.

Legally changed my name and I have sent off an application for a new drivers license 2 weeks ago (how long does it usually take to arrive?) and I’m a bit stuck on who else I need to change it with

im 17 and I have a job. do I need to let my car insurance know? do I need to tell anyone other than my boss in terms of employment (I don’t pay tax yet). also registering to vote has me a bit stuck lol. can only change my banks once my license come sback
