I need a little advice. I’ve had my DD1 for some time now. It has served me well. Overall I have been very happy with it.
I’m looking for guys using it on pc who have successfully moved over to the new fanatec app, also anyone who has had problems.
I personally have never had issues with updates, but I don’t do them very often due to my philosophy of if it works don’t fix it.
Any experience from fellow DD1 users would be great.

Finally, after years and years I took the time(and $) to build the room I always dreamed of. Is it perfect......no, but it is awesome. Like the rig it will always evolve now too. But im pretty happy with it. Painting the walls matte black helped so much with light reflection. It always bothered me having eggshell white walls. The paint alone is worth the effort. Especially when racing at night. It is dark in the room now. Immersion is much better, and the over all vibe is great. All the neon lights are used more when guests are over or im doing a video, I generally don't have them on when I race. Im working on a video for YouTube because I Time-lapsed the build out. Let me know what you guys think and if you plan on doing something like this yourself feel free to ask any questions, id be more than happy to give pointers and things I learned along the way.

Wrapped up this racing simulator setup locally and thought I’d share.

Hard to believe how far sim racing rigs have come — the level of detail and realism now is pretty wild.

Didn’t expect this to be something I’d be building in Naples, but it’s been fun seeing how many car people are actually around here.
