Trying something new, how does the rendering look?

I don't Render all that often, but something just feels off about it. It doesn't look bad (to me) and I've redone it multiple times, but it still feels a bit off.

Fun Fact, first time Ledger picked her up was on accident, when they first met she was fairly lightweight. As she over time gained weight and muscle he had to up his workout routine just to keep picking her up like it's nothing
