Finally got the courage

I'm 21 and I've struggled with porn for about six years. Over time, bondage and feminization have become my main kinks, especially through porn and "caption" content. I've tried to quit many times, sometimes successfully for a while, but I always seem to fall back into it.

I'm heterosexual, attracted to women and ultimately want a relationship with a woman. I've never been in a relationship, though, meaning almost all of my sexual experience so far has been through porn, masturbation and fantasy.

I'm also a believer of faith, which makes the feminization side particularly difficult for me. It's incredibly sexually appealing to me, but when I'm not aroused, I genuinely don't want to pursue that direction in my life.

It really hit me that this seems to be escalating from something I watch and fantasize about into something I'm actively recreating.

I'm not primarily ashamed of having unusual kinks, nor am I asking anyone to diagnose my sexuality or gender identity. I'm worried about losing control over what I choose to cultivate. I don't know how much of this is naturally part of my sexuality and how much six years of porn has reinforced it.

I've tried stopping countless times. Clearly, willpower alone isn't working.

Has anyone dealt with a similar pattern of porn/fantasy gradually moving into real-life behavior? What actually helped you regain control?
