stimulant med choice

I’m meeting with my psychiatrist to decide between stimulant options after Strattera didn’t work. I’m anxious and sensitive to side effects. For those with similar profiles, what differences did you notice between methylphenidate vs amphetamine-based meds in terms of anxiety and appetite?

How did you become successful as a content creator?

I’ve always wanted to be a creator. I feel like I have the personality and intelligence I just need direction and consistency. But I wanted to ask my Reddit family if there are any of you who are successful content creators and what did you do to get to where you are now? What mistakes did you make? How long did it take to get to wwhere you are now. What platform did you start on and if you had to do it all over again, start from 0, how would you get to where you are now again. Just a few questions any insight helps thanks in advance!!

How do you actually break into comedy writing in 2026?

I’m really interested in comedy writing — sketches, punch-ups, sitcoms, maybe even late night eventually — but I honestly don’t know what the realistic path looks like anymore.
A lot of advice online feels outdated or super vague (“just write every day”), so I wanted to ask people who are actually trying to do it or working in the industry:
What should beginners focus on first?
Is sketch writing still the best entry point?
Are packets/spec scripts still important?
What’s the best way to build a portfolio without connections?
Are there any classes, communities, or online spaces that genuinely helped you improve?
How important is performing vs just writing?
What’s something you wish you knew when starting?
I’d especially love to hear from people doing this outside of LA/NYC too.
Not looking for shortcuts — just trying to understand what the path realistically looks like now and where to spend my energy.
Thanks in advance.

anyone work for wyndham/travel and leisure Presenter

I am thinking about applying to their Podium Presenter Specialist. Seems not too sales heavy for time share. Just wanted to know if anyone work a similar job and what the salary range looks like. Also is it sales heavy?
