All jokes aside, this is genuinely too much

I lost my mum when I was 20 and I absolutely understand that everyone grieves differently. For me - I spent every waking moment with my dad before the funeral, there is so much admin to work through after a death and then having to plan the funeral. It’s emotional hell. Seeing the TikTok’s and the posing and the body checking etc the last 2 weeks has made me feel unbearably uncomfortable at this point. The complete lack of self awareness and sensitivity around this situation is unforgivable. She’s demonstrated that she can take a significant amount of time away from social media, whether it be genuine poor mental health or surgery recovery. And I can’t know what she’s going through when the camera is off, and again, she’s entitled to grieve in her own way. But the sheer disrespect to everyone that’s lost someone by consistently posting the laughing, smiling, dancing, carefree BS videos that we’ve seen 924 times previously is honestly disgusting. Heart of gold award but can’t be a normal decent functioning adult for 5 minutes to help your mum with real life shit after she’s just lost her husband. Eat dinner with her rather than in your room, take her out for lunch, help her with literally anything. But no, here’s another tongue out cutesie pic of me wearing a top with the number 4 on it which is obviously referencing my thriving kiwi on a ricecake channel.

Completely heartbroken

My boyfriend (30) broke up with me (also 30) two days ago, and I can’t even begin to process it. I’ve never felt more secure or safe with a partner. He promised me absolutely everything day in day out, and his actions would follow. He made me certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that he would always fight for me and we built and planned a future together. We are literally best friends and there’s absolutely nothing missing in our relationship. Then out the blue, he told me that he can’t commit. He promised there was no one else, but said that he’s feeling so much pressure and anxiety about committing and thinks that he won’t be able to give me what I need. He asked if we could still communicate but remove the labels - I said I couldn’t agree to that because I’m in love with him. He’s now non-contactable. My entire body is in shock, to the point that I’m almost disassociating. I can’t believe this has happened. 2 years and now he decides it’s too much? We didn’t have an argument, everything was amazing. He told me the day before he left me that I was the best thing to ever happen to him. I’m really really struggling and I know it’s crazy to say but I will never love anyone else the way that I love him. It feels like this will haunt me forever.

Boyfriend broke up with me last night completely out the blue and I don’t know how to cope

We’re both 31. My heart is absolutely shattered. We’ve been together over a year but we are the best of friends too. 2 days ago he was telling me that he wants to wake up to my face every morning to and how he can’t wait to have children with me. Yesterday morning he told me I’m the best thing that ever happened to him. Then last night, he told me he’s not sure about me anymore. Idk if it’s a self sabotage thing because he’s been very anxious and worries a lot about the future, but regardless, how can he possibly do a 180 in a matter of literal hours? He promised me so many times that he would never leave me and we’ll always be able to work it out. I’m honestly shook to my core because I trusted and believed him wholeheartedly. How do I even begin to deal with this?
