How many grams of nuts should I eat every day?
I am currently eating wallnuts, as part of following blueprint.
Though since the protocol doesn’t actually specify how many grams of walnuts, is recommended daily, I thought I would ask here.

Ingredients state, “cocoa powder”, yet it doesn’t mention the actual amount of Cocoa in the powder itself.
Bryan reportedly stopped taking NAC, Ginger and Curcumin a while ago, and as of now it seems that it has been phased out of not just his protocol, but also the actual blueprint website.

I was wondering if I can simply take some sort of extract, probably from blueberries, that I can supplement with year round, to get extra polyphenols and antioxidants.
Especially in the off season when blueberries aren’t widely available.

I noticed that in part of Blueprints Longevity protein powder, one of the ingredients is “Grape seed extract”.
In the description it mentions that is has “90% Polyphenols similar to wine polyphenols”, though both OPCs and Resveratrol are polyphenols that are found in wine.
I seems a little unclear which active ingredients the “Grape seed extract” in the protein powder is focused on. If it’s ether one or the other, or if its both.
I am wondering if can just go with a cheaper brand like Codeage Liposomal glutathione, where I can get a tub of 63 grams for just 75$.
Or if need to be spending more on a expensive and established Liposomal glutathione brand like quicksilver, which makes a much more expensive product, though with a likely higher absorption rate.
Looking for someone to help me understand exactly why collagen is a good idea to supplement with.
What are the actual health benefits of it, in contrary to what people used to believe about collagen as a supplement.
I’ve seen a lot of people who used to take NAC say they aren’t taking it anymore, and I don’t see it recommended as much as I used to now.
I was wondering if I can get a similar effect by just using good quality cocoa powder, or if need to source a cocoa flavanol extract.
Given that I am following parts of blueprint, but not buying the products myself.

Im wondering if it’s necessary to shine the light both on my front and back when using the panel, or if it’s just fine to only do the front of my body.
I want to try Aspirin to see what the hype is about, mostly stemming from the recent uptick in people following the teachings of Ray Peat.
Does anyone know the safety profile of Aspirin, for both low and high doses, in a longevity and health optimization context?
These are some of the most promising supplements available in my opinion, so I think it’s a little weird if he was to quit these specific supplements.
Does anyone know if he is still taking these, if so has he given any reasons as to why?

I have tried theanine already up to 600mg with no effect.
I want to get into red light therapy, and I am wondering if this device is a good place to start.
Im thinking about storing my softgel supplements in the freezer rather than in the fridge, for supplements like omega 3s, Astaxanthin and vitamin E, to further protect them from heat and oxidation.
Just not entirely sure if that could somehow break the oils in them, or do something else that wouldn’t be good for them.
