I have been trying for 3 days to purchase something from their website.
I keep getting an error at checkout saying there was an issue with the price.
It would not let me check out.
I tried 3 different payment methods.
I tried chatting with customer service yesterday and the AI chat did a great job of not helping or letting me chat with a human.
After several attempts, it said please wait while I connect you to a person. I waited over an hour and no agent.
I tried again today. After 70 minutes of waiting it connects to a person who asked how they could help me. I stated the issue and they never responded. I waited another 30 minutes and disconnected.
Terrible service.
Does anyone know where I could find 12ft by 35in black metal roof panels in or around Ottawa?
Rona only sells up to 10ft, Home Depot up to 8, Tole Pontiac only has damaged ones left in stock and every where else I have found has a minimum order which is much larger than what I need. Looking for 6 sheets.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
My 4 year old son is constantly hitting and kicking other kids.
He seldom does it around me or my wife, but it's a constant issue at kindergarten and camp.
He is on his last warning with summer camp before he is expelled and we will be in a bad spot.
When he hits someone, the only way to get him to understand it is not okay is to make direct eye contact and use a firm tone.
The camp counselors seem uncomfortable with this approach after he hits someone.
I am really struggling with the behavior.
As a 4 year old boy, I know this is pretty normal, so I don't want to go over the top with consequences and yelling.
Has anyone had success with this situation?

I have been struggling with a moth infestation for a few months now.
The infested area seems to be contained to my basement, where there are no clothes stored, but there is a small pantry.
I keep only sealed cans and jars in the pantry.
I have searched everywhere and I cannot find the source.
I put pheromone traps out for a few weeks and they did not catch a single moth.

Any advice on dealing with this infestation?

I have a trailer full of tree trimmings to get rid of and it looks like the trail road facility is now closed on Sundays.
Does anyone know a place that accepts waste on Sundays?
I don't mind paying.
