Looking at the options available to me in eBay, it looks as if I'm supposed to try to return the cable before I can do anything. Am I reading that right or am I missing something? It's supposed to be for my sons birthday but he can wait, I want to not get shafted. I used a CC so in the long term I might get a refund that way, but first steps for what looks like theft please?

3-4 minutes "updating the garage" going into a match or leaving it. This is bad. I've just uninstalled it all and I'm reinstalling on another drive (m.2) to see what happens.
