I’ll be flying from Mexico to Frankfurt next month and I plan to bring my small cat with me. She’s less than 3 kilos. I asked condor and they said I only have to pay 99 euros and that’s it.

My concern is related to the size of the transportation box. They said the measures of the transporter can be up to 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (22 in x 16 in x 8 in) and should fit below the seat. The cat carrier I have is 28 cms height (11 in) but it’s flexible material and most of the available options I have seen are above 20 cms.

Can someone tell me, if traveled with condor before with a pet, how was your experience overall? Did they check the measures of your transporter? I don’t want to go to the airport and then get rejected by them due to this.

I can buy a smaller backpack I found on Amazon to fit the height size (18 cm) but I feel my cat will be very uncomfortable since it’s a 11 hours flight.

I applied to Family reunion visa and it took 6 months to the government to approve my process. The only situation is that they asked me to have a bigger amount of Euros in my blocked account in Expatrio in order to issue the visa. Does anybody knows if it is possible to can change the amount in Expatrio and transfer more money to it? I have checked in the iOS app and there are not many options available.
