So here is the finishing plating for this dish. LOL for all those saying I couldn't plate. Here is the cowboy dry rubbed 16 oz ribeye with the Guinness stout reduction sauce along with blanched sauted hericot green beans with sauted mushroom melody with rosemary tyme and lemon along with mash potatoes! 😁
