Need help - silhouette 5a cutting cards 1 mil too big in all directions.

I’m following this video exactly,

https://youtu.be/L5QWbFf-dcE?si=5VZaXhVqY3XDFADn

I have the et 8500, silhouette 5a, using 4 point reg marks, same template, setting all to letter.

And my cards are coming out about 1 mil too big on all directions, or 2 on top and 1 left/right, how ever you want to imagine the measurements.

I been going at this for 4 days now and have no clue where to go from here.

Any help from anyone will be great, thank you.

Silhouette camera 5a not reading reg lines, need help.

I’d tried letter and printer, sticky note to hide the picture next to it.
It tried to read it but doesn’t align right or when it does it can’t read it.

I normally don’t make posts like this, but I wanted to try to help my mom out a little without making a huge deal out of it to her directly.

She recently lost her job, and right now her handmade jewelry business is her main source of income. She makes custom rosaries, saint jewelry, Catholic gifts, baptism/communion pieces, repairs, and personalized designs through her small page called “Faith In Steel.”

She genuinely puts a lot of care into every piece she makes, and I know she’d much rather earn support through her work than just be handed money. I’d help more financially myself if I could, but with a newborn and life expenses, I’m unfortunately not able to right now.

If anyone here likes handmade religious jewelry, needs a custom gift, or knows someone involved in a church or community group, I’d really appreciate you checking out her page or sharing it around. Even a share can honestly make a difference for small businesses like hers.

Thank you to anyone who takes a moment to look or share. It really means a lot.
