I got a bad ending at day 5 in which a new character ( ray) takes away yoosung because he discovers that all this is just a program and none of this is real 🤨🤨

I completed the party ( day 11) and started from day 1 while trying to complete jhaee's bad ending but the chatrooms only gives 1-3 hearts at max : ( ?? How do i save hearts for 7's route??
I recently started playing MM and all i can do is chat and call with them and nothing else?? I wanna interact more with 707 and understand the lore fully . Am I missing something ?? How do I unlock individual route??
EDIT:- on day one and two I only have 76 and 45% complete ( missed due to outside factors) and to continue for more time after 8 i need 30 hourglass but i don't have them??
