Help needed from someone with a Microsoft 365 mailbox

I'm troubleshooting a Microsoft-specific deliverability issue with my email addresses

Emails are landing in Gmail inboxes (with 100% deliverability)

But Microsoft 365/Outlook is consistently sending them to Junk even though SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all pass (it is 0% develiverability in M365/Outlook mailboxes)

Microsoft Deliverability Support asked me for 3-4 recipient-side .eml samples from M365 mailboxes where the message landed in Junk.

If you have a Microsoft 365 mailbox and can help:

  • DM me an email address you're comfortable using
  • I'll send one harmless business-style email
  • If it lands in Junk, please download it as .eml and send it back to me

I'll only use the file for my open Microsoft support case.

Please DM me rather than posting your email publicly. Thanks!

what is your average respond back time?

How quickly are you replying to leads who reply to your emails?

Serious question.

Let's say someone replies to your cold email with:

  • "Interested"
  • "Can you send pricing?"
  • "Tell me more"

How fast are you actually responding?

Within minutes?

Within an hour?

A few hours?

The next day?

And if you're running multiple inboxes, do you have someone actively monitoring them throughout the day?

I'm curious because most cold email discussions seem to focus on deliverability and copywriting, but not much on what happens after the reply comes in.

Would love to hear how everyone is handling this.

Looking for Testers - I built an AI cold email platform with all the core campaign features, plus context-aware human-like replies and auto-booking

I built Mailrang, an AI cold email platform, and I’m looking for 5-10 people who run cold email campaigns to test it Free and give honest feedback.

Website: https://Mailrang.com

It has the core cold email features you’d expect:
campaigns, multiple sending accounts, sender rotation, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and reply management.

But the part I’m trying to make different is what happens after someone replies.

Mailrang reads the full conversation context, understands the tone/vibe, replies in a human-like way, handles the back-and-forth, and can automatically book the lead into your calendar when they’re ready.

So the goal is not just sending campaigns.

The goal is handling the full flow from cold email campaign → reply → conversation → booked meeting → Follow Ups.

My next plan is to add automated meeting reminders, similar to Calendly/Cal.com, so after a meeting is booked, reminder emails can be sent to the lead and/or user at custom times before the meeting.

I’m unemployed right now and built this with my full effort, so I need real feedback from people who actually use cold email.

If you want to test it, sign up on Mailrang.com and DM/chat me the email address you used.

For some 5-10 members, I can upgrade your account for Free for 1-2 months so that you can FULLY test out the software and give me feedback.

If preferred, I can also guide you through the features and setup process.
