ISI SPY ARRESTED IN WEST BENGAL

♦️Rana Rauf alias Wahab Alam, a Faisalabad, Pakistan national, was arrested in from Bangaon in North 24 Parganas district in Bengal for spying on the Army, BSF and Railways.

♦️Rauf, recruited by ISI, lived in Nepal since 2012 before illegally entering India and attempting to establish a permanent identity in Kolkata.

♦️Using the alias “Wahf”, he obtained forged Indian documents with a fictitious Topsia, Kolkata address.

♦️He collected intelligence on Army Eastern Command, BSF movements and railway infrastructure/operations, while attempting to recruit Indian nationals in Nepal.

♦️Another associate, Muhammad Izaz has been detained, from Topsia. Both were in contact with ISI operatives.
