Terrible decision by the state. Older and younger drivers are high risk. The state is moving the current requirement for road tests from 79 to 87, which is insane.

So I witnessed someone playing frogger across Lakeshore Drive going into rush hour heading north after the curve. Really shocking to see in the middle of the day, but reminded me I almost hit someone doing the same thing at night a couple years ago.
Why are people so stupid and have others seen the same thing?
