It keeps asking for selfies and pictures of my ID to recover my accounts. I don't really want to share these with Meta. Will they just scalp my data and then suspend my accounts anyway? What should I do?

I was just harmlessly scrolling a few hours ago and now suddenly my account has been disabled? And from what I've seen Meta is full of terrible moderation bots who let people do whatever they want but occasionally target innocent people for no reason? Is there a way to actually get the account back since most of the appeal pages I went to look for don't exist anymore? From what I've heard getting meta verified is the only way to talk to an actual person, but how do you get meta verified?
When I download all my data from my now disabled account no posts, reels, stories or videos show up in the download?? Is there a proper way to download all my chats and posts from my disabled account?
It works fine then I close and reopen and I get this, how do I fix this?
