Due note that a lot of this is disregarding MORO. I do know that a lot of them have been de-confirmed for Indie Cross, those being Terraria, Pizza Tower, Omori, Undertale Yellow, and Deltarune. Also ones that are too new, those being Silksong, Nine Sols, In Stars and Time.

Also please note that a lot of this is with move set in mind, and I was mostly considering the Protag, so keep that in mind.

ON TOO REASONING:

• OFF: I was less thinking about move set here, and tbh The Batter's move set isn't the best on the list, but he makes up for that (a lot) with him being a (very) unique and interesting character. Go play OFF if you haven't.
• Silksong: Hornet's move set is MASSIVE, with all her cool tools and stuff.
• A Hat In Time: Everyone often says how much they want Hat Kid in, but tbh her game barely has any combat, with a lot of her move set being slightly combat centered. Still a very good pick for Indie Cross. (I was considering putting her in "I wants it" because she says that in game). If she were in Indie Cross, I want it to be after she's met the snatcher, as that would mean she can tell everybody that she "has no soul"
• Nine Sols: I struggle to see how the Parry would work un-nerfed in most combat, especially agains other protags. I also feel his talisman would also be very complicated to implement on a physical level, as they require him to dash thru the enemy, which confuses me.
• Terraria: The main reason they're a bit lower is because that implementing a move set for them would be complicated, trying to pick a place in progression. Their most iconic weapon is the Zenith, but it's so powerful that it outshines all other weapons, reducing his seen move set. Still, if he was in, I think he would have the murdery-nous of Frisk with the goofiness of Cuphead
• ISAT: None of Siffrin's moves stand out to me; early game that is. >!I do think that an Act 5 Siffrin would pair REALLY WELL with Noelle. If you've played both games you'll know what I mean. Also the Siffrin fight would also be really cool.!<
• Katana Zero: While being a cool character, his main coolness is from his time-bending stuff, which is really well when you see the time-bendiness, but it would probably fall a little flatter in execution in Indie Cross. It would probably just look like a parry, which we already have 2 characters who do it very well(V1 and Yi).
• Pizza Tower: Peppino's move set isn't really that big; I can't really imagine how fights would go.
• Undertale Yellow: Clover really only has a Gun and a soul that's just a slightly better gun. The only way I imagine this working is with a Geno Clover, with his SUPER LASER PISS, but I feel like a pacifist Clover would have a better dynamic with other characters.
• DELTARUNE: Due to the nature of Dark Fountains, it would be hard to work with, but if this limitation was gone I would put it in "I want it IN". I could imagine the Fun Gang going there separate ways, the Roaring Knight possibly fighting some world ending threat like the Terrarian, and, as I said on the ISAT, >!Noelle following Siffrin into Act 5.!<There is the theory that RK looks the same in the Dark AND Light world, so that would be something.
• Hotline Miami: (please do note I haven't finished it yet, so I'll probably get stuff wrong) Jacket goes down in one hit, and the things he can use are either "big stick" or "gun". However, He could do REALLY well if he was set against a good enough opponent, provided he manages to steal his weapon.
• OMORI: Like DELTARUNE, OMORI completely falls apart when trying to take the characters into another place. However, I can't really see Omori working his way into another place, and Sunny wouldn't really fit well at all into another universe. The only reason Niko works is that he has personality, and while Sunny also has this, Sunny is a silent protagonist.
• Ok, i admit that I have played FAITH, Rain World, and Furi, but not enough imo for me to give a good opinion.

This is a tier list on how well the protagonists would do in a fight to the death against Unreal (the rogue) assuming ideal circumstances to the heroes. Please don't call me stupid; I am not a power scaler, and I have not done much research into Unreal. I also plan to do one of these for the antagonists and one for Midusara.

Unreal is Dead: This is for characters who can absolutely DEMOLISH that dude.

• Niko: Not a joke. >!Niko can instantly destroy everything if he just breaks the bulb he's carrying. You might say that this only works in the world of OneShot, but assuming ideal circumstances, we could also say "Unreal is there". But I choose to believe that it works anywhere.!<
• Goose: >!Goose!<

Has a Very Good Chance: These are for characters who I think could probably obliterate him, but I'm not the most sure.

• Yi: >!Rhizomatic Nuke. I don't think Unreal is tanking that.!<
• Terrarian: >!Zenith vs Worm boss. I wonder who wins?!<

Makes a Huge Dent: For characters who could kill him if they had enough endurance, or at the very least scar him.

• V1: >!I'm done talking about ULTRAKILL. (My prediction for how he fails in Indie Cross is that he !<>!tries to parry with Knuckle Blaster).!<
• Clover: >!Has SUPER LASER PISS that insta-killed one of the strongest monsters in the underground. (Also completely tanked Asgore's spear, which managed to destroy your buttons)!<
