im under way of having testing done for POTS, and i’ve also been looking for a job. i got an offer for one that’s outside, i didnt know it was outdoors until i went in for the interview.

im wondering if it would be a good idea or not to take it? i’m not used to being outside in the heat for hours, and i dont want to be at work and feel crappy every single day. im still new to learning about POTS and how its effecting me now, so i just want to make sure im doing whats best for my health and wellbeing

I get my worst types of reflux at night time, I wake up a lot because I end up laying fully down and it triggers my reflux. I’m wondering if anyone uses a good pillow to keep themselves elevated through the night? Preferably one that’s stable but also not like solid and hard lol. I want to be able to be supported but also comfortable
