Female Barista Hiring

Just wanted to post this, it might help to those who is looking for a job.

One of my friend company is looking for a FEMALE BARISTA in Abu Dhabi.
Though the offer is abit small 2k-2.5k they will provide the visa, insurance and transportation.

I know it’s small, but the job market is very hard now that even this small offer someone might want to try.

That’s why I want to be transparent with the offer and apply at your own risk.

Just DM the interested.

Planning to switch fields but don’t know where to start

Hi! 33F, working in F&B for 7yrs already. For 4yrs I was on management position (2 companies)
I cannot say that I am really happy but since this is where I started, and this is the available job in the market I continue to this line.
I have handle both companies (previous and current) alone as a restaurant manager (no assistant or supervisor) handle 10-15 staff.
This line of work is kind of challenging for me since I am extremely introverted, but since required to work handling customers face to face and resolving problems, I always manage it but end of shift I feel totally drain.

In my work as a manager, I learned a lot of this most especially paper works. Of all the task I have, I noticed that I enjoyed more handling paper works.
Managing reports, invoicing, communicating to suppliers (emails or calls) admin works etc.

For 7yrs, I thought my salary of 5k aed is high enough, not until I saw a post here previously, showing their salaries with 19k aed plus and I honestly feel jealous.

I feel happy to my kabayans who have higher salaries honestly, but feel envy at the same time. Like how, how can I achieve that kind of salary aswell?

I am under grad of Bs administration in PH, have vocational training in autocad, have nc2 in 2 different courses, and just recently finished my medical coding course here in uae.

Can anyone advise me? If there’s anything I need to change, upskill or what just so I can achieve the 5 digit salary aswell.

TIA
