question about eng card vs portguese card

hi guys i have the portugese card of theFlareon EX #RC28 Pokemon Generations. If there were to get a 10 what would the price be? Like whats the price difference from most port cards to english? Thanks

is. it worth crossgrading this card over to psa?

This is my first time ever considering crossgrading, and I was just wondering if it could even crossgrade to a 10.

the back bottom left's edge looks a lil weird but maybe thats just lighting on my end.

if it is worth trying to get a 10 would it be better for me to just straight up send it crossgrade or better to just submit by cracking it and sending it off from there?

i dont really know how successful crossgrades are so yea...

Hi, I was wondering what the requirements were for vending at a place like west coast card show (anaheim). I was interested in vending but realized that I genuinely have no knowledge on how things work.

also equipment wise, what else besides display case and sticker tags(price)?
