Is there any way I can help my mom

Aoa everyone, I don’t know how to go about my query but I’ll try my best to write it out.

My mother resides in the gulf and wants to divorce my father (we live in isb). From what she has told me, the divorce is entirely in his hands now and he needs to sign the document. This is something he keeps putting off. He is an awful hypocrite that has put my mother and siblings through hell. She currently has a travel ban on her due to my father putting nearly 7.56 crore worth of debt under her name. Alhamdulliah, she’s paid a large sum of the debt but there is quite a bit left.

Due to this, my mother does not have a national ID for the country she resides in. She has no id, no bank account, basically nothing. My siblings and I have not seen her in 2 years due to visa restrictions. The divorce could possibly lift the debt (I am not too certain about this) which would lead her to be a free woman. Is there absolutely any way I can help her?

My father is awful. He attempts to blackmail her whenever he needs money (which is monthly) and when he gets upset enough, he threatens to block my mother and to take me and my siblings away so that she can’t have any sort of relationship with us.

I desperately want to help my mother if I can. I miss her so much, I want to ease her suffering and for all of us to be together as a family.

Possible unsafe experience with foodpanda rider

TLDR:
Foodpanda rider returned to the my apartment demanding money and wouldn’t leave, eventually tried to open my house door. Foodpanda support did nothing to help and the rider left only after security got involved.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share something that happened last night to give a quick heads up, especially to the women on here (my bad if this is pretty lengthy).

Early yesterday evening, I ordered some sweets on Foodpanda and thought that was that. A few minutes later, however, the rider came back to my door.
He asked if he had accidentally delivered medicine. I corrected him, explaining I ordered from a bakery. He admitted he might have gotten that bit of info wrong but insisted that regardless, he hadn't received payment from my address. I showed him my receipt as proof that I’d already paid online. When he complained about the payment not showing up in his account and asked what to do, I told him to contact customer support since I couldn’t do much. He kept claiming he didn't know how to contact them, so I explained he could call their number or use the app's chat support. This went on for a few minutes and I eventually just reiterated that he needed to reach out to their support line and closed the door.

I assumed he had left and went back to what I was doing until the doorbell rang a few minutes later. My brother answered this time. Once I realized it was the same rider, I stepped in. He immediately started asking me to send him money directly through easypaisa, promising to pay me back. I apologized and refused. He then asked for a specific amounting of money (which didn't match the cost of my order) and he proceeded to start crying. I genuinely felt awful, but I didn’t have any cash on hand. I apologized again, told him one last time to contact support, and shut the door again.

Even after that, the rider didn't leave. He stood right outside crying for 15-20 minutes, ringing the bell every minute or two and calling out for my brother.

I did contact Foodpanda support right after his first visit to report the incident, and ngl, they were awful. After 3 minutes, I received an automated message claiming they tried calling me but no one answered (my phone never rang). I was annoyed by their lack of effort but set it aside until I heard the man trying to open my front door. I contacted customer support with another ticket and got the same "we tried calling" automated reply, except this time it mentioned they were "investigating the matter" before immediately closing the chat as resolved. My first chat never got a follow-up response either. The rider only left because I called security. Even they didn't really take it seriously and took their time with showing up.

Anyways, I wanted to share this specific incident because the fact that he tried to enter my house is incredibly alarming. And this is the third weird encounter I’ve had with a driver this year alone
