How to kill the inner "wall" on this print?

I designed and printed this lamp body and the first time I printed it, it came out like I wanted, with just the ribbed body. Somehow during my various redesigns and prints, I made it so that it now always prints within an inner "wall" or "sleeve" that I don't want. I've tried repeatedly to recreate the first attempt (Shapr3D) but can't figure out what I've screwed up. I realize the shell thickness is different on the second one but I've tried over and over to adjust that and it never seems to make a difference. Any ideas?

TIA!

Error, first on unloading filament, now on boot

I tried unloading the #4 filament and got an error about the tool head not being connected to the MCU. I rebooted and was able to print fine, including with toolhead 4. I was also able to unload the other filaments without issue. I tried again to unload #4 and got the same error. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the cable to toolhead 4. Now the printer won't boot at all. It stays on the Snapmaker screen for several minutes, then generates this error. Any ideas?

UPDATE: I removed toolhead #4, removed its top cover, looked at everything, and put it back together. Now it works perfectly. Whatever.

Flush text

Using the latest version of Snorca. A few days ago I printed the black part with the flush white text on the bottom layer. Perfect text. Then I had to edit the part in Fusion and I've been trying ever since to duplicate my earlier text success. I've tried every instruction and setting imaginable. If I print the text on the bottom layer, which is what I want, I get the blurry and "buried looking" text like you see on the red part. If I print the text on top, it's raised. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've tried different depth settings, Join, Modifier, you name it.

TIA!
