I'm working on a webcomic and I'm having trouble coming up with a way to introduce the characters and world, since each comic is 3-6 panels. It's a lighthearted comedy with some emphasis on the character's relationships, so I'm not sure I even need an introduction since readers will get to know the characters and world over time anyway. Now I feel like if I can't think of an intro that fits the series, I might as well not write one. I realize it's a matter of preference, but what do you guys think?

Hi all, trying to figure out what the best meditation would be to help me stay focused at work. I have a desk job in an open floor department where the supervisor complains to everyone about her day every few minutes and a lot of conversations happen right behind me. It's distracting and the negativity also gets to me sometimes. I'd like to try a meditation or technique I can practice while I'm actively working. I'm trying mindfulness right now just want to see if there are better options. Anything you guys could recommend would be really helpful.

I learned recently the Aswang will end a hunt early if it sees you enter a hiding spot during a hunt. Does this also happen if you're already in a hiding spot, say at the beginning of a hunt, and it spots you?

This happened to me when I was a little kid, back in the early 2000s. My parents were checking out at a grocery store and they had some tables with a bead's maze, so I went over to one and sat down to play. As I was playing, suddenly I notice a white furry hand reaching out and start playing the game with me I look up to see someone in a dog suit, they had sat down across from me without me even noticing. For some reason the sight of them filled me with dread. The plastic, lifeless eyes, the frozen smile, the fact that they were maybe twice my size, and that my parents had always taught me not to play with strangers probably didn't help. I immediately got up and ran out of the store terrified, and waited out by the car for my parents to come out.

Here is the truly strange part: I've done some research and to the best of my knowledge this grocery store never had a mascot remotely resembling the person I saw. So as far as I can tell, someone in a dog suit just so happened to be in the store and randomly sat down across from me. To this day mascots still creep me out, and I probably have this person to thank for that. Probably one of the most bizarre things that ever happened to me.
