Travel tips?

Hi All!

I travel for work, and sometimes it's SUCH a struggle to meet my caloric needs. I aim for about 1200 calories and 120g of protein a day. I travel a lot for work. When I'm alone, I go to places that provide calorie counts. Rice and chicken bowls from sweet green type places, chipotle, subway and even an occasional bowl from Taco Bell have been my go tos.

It's often miserable in airports, especially when I'm short on time. Do you all have any tips, secrets, favorite places to go? My home base is Logan airport terminal A. I'm in lots of airports and lots of cities all the time. It's especially a struggle when I have to go out to eat with my coworkers if we are doing a trade show.

I'M TIRED OF EATING SALADS when travelling! Lol

TIA!

Hi All!

This is my first time on this kind of trip. I am a seasoned traveler, but this long of a flight is new to me. I have a 10.5 hour layover at AUH(land 10:30p, take off 9a next day) and I am not sure of the hotel situation.

I am Marriott Platinum, and Hilton Gold, but open to any hotel brand.

Anyone have a recommendation for the best hotel? Should we try to stay in the airport or not? I don't know what to look out for, best way to go about this so hoping you fine people might have some insight!
