3 UR in one box! Lucky pulls.

Last six sets or so, I've had boxes with no SEC in them, but an added alt art instead. Finally, my luck has changed, 3 UR and a SEC!

Thank you

I just want to say, just from lurking here and seeing responses to questions, to interacting with local skaters who help me and my 6 year old: thank you for being such a positive group. I've yet to encounter someone who wasn't fully on board (no pun intended!) with helping out when they saw my lad trying to do stuff. Without fail, some teenager will stop and ask him what he's trying to do and start teaching him. It's incredibly sweet and it's gone a long way to restore my faith in young people.

I also love the relentless positive attitude you guys seem to exude when people are feeling bad about their technique or afraid of doing something. The response is always some variety of "It's all good, just skate dude". Constant encouragement is all I've seen.

So yeah, from a 37 year old dad, thanks guys, keep being awesome.

Am I too old to start learning?

Hi everyone, my son (age 6) asked for and got a skateboard for Christmas and he's getting along with it quite well, but he asks me to help and I feel as though I've shown him all I can.

Now, I want to learn with him so that we can spend that time learning together and have that as "our thing" that we can do together. My only issue is that I'm 37 in a few days and I was very unsuccessful when I tried my hand at skateboarding as a youth. Am I too old to learn? There are way more resources than when I tried and the kids at the skatepark are way more helpful than when I was a kid, so they've been helping my son out quite a lot, which is great to see.
