Interpretation of reversed runes

Hi! First of all, I'm sorry if my writing is strange because I'm using a translation app!

I've only recently started learning runes and haven't found a textbook yet, but what do you all think about "interpreting runes in reverse"?

I know it's the same method as tarot, but tarot uses pictures and runes use letters, right? It feels a bit odd to me to interpret letters in reverse.

You wouldn't think, "The 6 came up in reverse, so..." if it were a number, would you?

I feel like the idea isn't to simply interpret a rune in reverse negatively, but rather to interpret it in context along with other runes you've drawn and the question you're asking, but am I just being naive about this? I'd appreciate it if you could tell me.

How do you manage your HSP and empathic traits in daily life and work?

Note: I used a translation tool to write this post because I am a Japanese speaker. (Rule 8)

Hello, I am a Japanese person living in Japan. First of all, I apologize if this text is difficult to read.

I joined this community because I wanted to know how people with HSP or empathic traits understand their characteristics and how they utilize them in their daily lives and work.

I found out that I have these highly sensitive traits about 11 years ago. Before that, I thought of myself as an "insensitive person" and that I was a "lazy person who didn't try hard enough" because I would get tired and fall asleep easily. When I was 27, after learning about how to use a pendulum and crystal healing online, I realized that I have the "ability to feel things that are invisible," and that this is why I get tired easily. I realized that I didn't like crowds and communities where people were expressing negative emotions.

People's energy enters my body and manifests as pain. I also realized that my body reacts not only to living people but also to the lingering emotions of deceased people and to collective consciousness. There are good aspects to this as well; I can sense the energy of plants, the sea, the wind, and trees (Japan has many shrines, and sacred trees are a very clear example).

So, going back to the beginning of the question, how do people who identify as HSPs or empaths manage their traits and utilize them in their daily lives and work? I myself worked as a teacher at a special needs school for about six years, but now I'm on special leave and exploring ways to work that don't strain me.

Until now I've been forced to belong to companies and large communities, but I'm thinking about working from home as an individual (because I get exhausted and unwell easily when I'm around people for long periods). Rather than advice for me, I'd like to hear about everyone's experiences. Thank you!

[astro.com] Exploring the friction between my Scorpio and Sagittarius stelliums - how to channel this energy?

I feel like there is a very unique and distinctive energy in this chart. Specifically, I have a concentration of planets in both Scorpio and Sagittarius, and I can constantly feel these conflicting energies clashing and creating friction within me.

I'm strongly drawn to divination and spirituality, and I'm aware that I have a highly sensitive (HSP) temperament. Instead of seeing this inner clash as a problem, I want to figure out how to harness this powerful, dynamic friction and translate it into a clear, creative direction for my life and career.

Would love any insight on how to best blend and utilize the unique strengths of this Scorpio-Sagittarius dynamic!
