Chunk Steak
Did Chunk Steak give anyone else a stomachache? Not like food poisoning more like "This was a bit heavier than my stomach is used to"
I absolutely LOVED the taste (maybe a little too much lol)

I posted about a month ago that I was interviewing for a leasing role with the company I work for. I didn't get the role I interviewed for BUT right afterwards another leasing agent at the same property quit and the Property Manager didn't want to interview all over again so I got the job.
I start week after next week.
Now...the real question: How many years of experience do I need from here to become an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager?
When I was initially looking at postings every single one I could find said you needed leasing experience, now that I'm looking again they all say Property Management experience. So looking for advice from the community on a real number and how to get there as soon as possible. I currently live on the East Coast but I'm interested in moving to Las Vegas or Atlanta after my time as a Leasing Agent.
I'm wondering how to get into Property Management without a degree and without leasing experience. I currently work at the front desk of an apartment complex but I get the feeling that the company I work for is interested in hiring younger people as Leasing Agents.
That being said, I really want to become a Property Manager and I know leasing is the next step to getting there, but open to any way to get there in the case that I can't get a leasing role.
I'm applying for roles at UPMC. I submitted an application for a role and it says "Completed" instead of "In consideration" but no one has contacted me and I haven't gotten an email regarding the application.
The only other roles I have that say this are the ones I applied for and got.
