I've usually had my occasional dull headache (from allergies due to sinusitis)

but never this bad that it has impaired my ability to even think; my temples felt like they were being crushed, painkillers were not helping at all and only lidocaine up the nose helped it temporarily; it's the next day & now my headache is flaring up again this morning.

im feeling miserable, ibuprofen and Tylenol have not helped at all and I'm feeling horrible.. I don't have any food allergies and I'm not allergic to my cat. I doubt this is just a dust allergy because I'm not sneezing & I've been doing sinus rinses.

Me (18f) is talking to this girl through text. i know this girl because she is a friend in my friend group of 4. we are all in high school ; but I am finishing up my senior year, the girl line personally talking to is a junior.

She seems interested in me, and right out the bat , we do share similarities, very similar music tastes, & the bond seemed pretty instantaneous. She admitted on text , said that she was tempted to flirt with me.. But backed down, saying that she flirts with all of her friends & to not take it serious.

But she does seem like she wants to hang out with me one on one; she asked me to visit a local record store and we can go together after school. so the signals are a little bit mixed right now; i did tell her that I am taking it slow for personal reasons & mental health. but she is kind of making it obvious that she is interested in me & straight up said that I am very pretty.

This is my first genuine experience that seems consensual and not creepy. Though she is a new friend, because I had moved into the school half of the year.

Any advice? she's already asking for me and her to hang out.
