I'm feeling extremely anxious and worried with all the symptoms I'm having. I'm on day 5 after stopping, took 0.5mg to 1 mg for 15 days then I tapper of to 0.25mg for the other 15 days. The anxiety this is causing me is unreal. Yesterday I was shaking and got muscle cramps, no appetite whatsoever. Today i dont got muscle cramps but I dont feel very present. My psychiatrist told me to tolerate the effects if I can .Does withdrawal only last a few days up to 2 weeks?

Funny head feeling, shaking, muscle cramps, no appetite whatsoever. Can this really be something else, does withdrawal really only last a few days?

I’m on zoloft, leponex, but im still afraid to go outside. Do you have any advice on how to do erp?

I’ve been described Zoloft. Actually i’m on 200mg of Fluvoxamine, but my psychiatrist decided to go for Zoloft. Any experience?
