I'm playing as China in the Long and Arduous Road and something that concerns me is my credit rating which was downgraded from acceptable to fair is is still falling. It says that is because of my debt and my deficit are in -3 and I want to improve my ranting credit to go back to acceptable and even upgrade it further. There is some recommendations to improve my credit rate and lower my deficit and debt-to-GDP?

So to celebrate, I guess

I'm playing a Evola and I defeated the rival governments in Turin and Milan respectively to form Rome. I declare war to the 3I and I manage to defeat Illyria, Greece, France and Spain (even though chunk of both France and Spain are controlled by the Reichpakt and the Entente. There is only Britain left to have a peace conference and annex some territories but I have a problem, my patrol ships can't reach to the region that I want even if I change their home port, I thought that eventually Germany would naval invade Britain and join them )because I have military access with them) and capture Britain and get the peace conferences. But Germany naval invades in places without port dooming they invasion by being pushed back to the channel. So help?
