Backstory, I adopted him three months ago, along with another cat. He’s super cuddly, nice and sweet, but when it comes to other animals, the only word I could describe it is as a bully. He chases the female cat around a lot with making her scream lessons as maybe playful behavior, but when it comes to my dogs. He does it out of pure spite

My womb and down area always feels heavy and cramping . medicinal psychedelics even my awareness goes there and I end in tears , like things need to be released
I get bad period cramps, even not on my period I get cramps in that area . I’ve been blocked in areas of life like tiredness, dizziness, and I have not been sexually active due to me trying to heal first .

I’m looking for ways to heal my sacral chakra , I’m a very sensitive girly and my womb feels so deeply. I’m looking for advice on how!

Around 2 years ago I started getting “eczema “ again on my arms and my legs and they would randomly flare up itch irritation, then I notice it get to my eyebrows??? Random flare ups then my forehead and I believe it’s spreaded to my scalp?? I heard eczema can be misdiagnosed and can be an overgrowth of like fungal ? Yeast? Idk

I try eating clean , but even then I still get flare ups

AND it’s not by anything external I know that for a fact it’s all internal , but ugh it’s ruining my life fr
