Hello, I tested our doors by using a cotton swab with nail polish remover and the pant started to rub off. I assume latex?
All of our doors or builder grade MDF painted white snowbound.
Do I need to prime them before painting over them with another latex based darker paint? Or will sanding be enough?

We bought a brand new LG topload washer in August and absolutely hate it!!
Doesn’t wash anything, leaves detergent or oil stains all over clothes, doesn’t get minor stains out. I’m over it!! Also can never do deep tub fills
What washers do you all recommend for actually getting clothes clean and not leaving detergent stains?

We are looking to move from Charlotte, North Carolina to either Saint Augustine/St. John’s County area or outside of the Tampa area near Wesley Chapel/Land O Lakes.
We are a younger couple with a two year-old toddler. We love having outdoor shopping centers, breweries, good restaurants, and things to do where we are at in Charlotte. We are looking for a very similar lifestyle. We would love a new community with resort style pools that has good schools and and is family oriented. I haven’t explored much of either of these areas. I’m very familiar with Naples in Melbourne area.
Most of our family is in Jacksonville, Flagler Beach , and Orlando. I would love reasons as to why or why not for these areas mentioned above. Also open to other recommendations that would fit our wants.
