They apply their toppings like at Subway where it's made to order. Whenever my Dad orders from there is practically looks like a war crime - pretty much some of *everything*. Are there any US companies that do this?

This one was my Dad's. Mine are the two in the background. He ground the meat himself but I don't know the fat ratios sadly.

I used my cast iron skillet on the BBQ greased with the bacon fat, and I steamed the buns on top of the burgs.

Sometimes things are pretty OK.

Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.

My Dad wanted burgers so I was happy to oblige.

Dad ground up the beef so I don't really know the fat percentage, but they turned out pretty juicy.

Mine were garnished simply with mustard, pickles, and old cheddar. Dad's were a little more *elaborate* as he tends to do.

The mandoline dad has at his place sliced the onions perfectly - so much so that I went and bought the same model for myself.

Pardon the glob of mustard. I was a little careless in its application.

I ordered The Trio at my local pub, and I have zero idea why it's called that, nor did my server. Bacon, cheese, romaine, pickles, red onions. Ketchup and mustard come on the side.

It was tasty but a little underseasoned, which is a super common problem and not unique to this place.

The other issue is that what's listed on the menu isn't reflected on what actually comes on the burger which can be a huge issue especially those with sensitivies/allergies/people like me who think mayo is vile.

Anyways, it was delicious and just what I needed on on a hot sunny day.

Dad ground the meat, but it was a little lean. Still tasty though! Seasoned with Lawrey's Seasoning Salt. Each pattie was 85-90g. Onions were smashed into the patties but not so many as to call it an Oklahoma Onion Burger. Dad put jalapeño jack cheese and bacon on his, and I had American singles. This was a successful test of the griddle on my BBQ, and can't wait to do it again.

Ordered the "Jughead" single smash burger. Mustard, grilled onions (I refuse to call them caramelized), cheese, bacon, and pickles.

Was tempted to get the double, and probably will next time. Spicy fries on the side and an locally made "Inhaled Affirmative" Pilsner.

1. Nazis - Example shown: Dr. Henry Jones Jr. (aka Indiana) as well as other media. Hell yeah.
2. Demons - Doom Franchise. Hellspawn from Mars - terminate with extreme prejudice.
3. Soul Starved/Hollows - Souls Franchise - This is probably the "saddest" example as it was someone who lost their soul and purpose and therefore lost their minds. They're serve as the cannon fodder of the series. They feel no remorse coming at you, so you must respond in kind.

Dough was 200g AP flour, 150(ish)g water - 48hr fermentation.

I think it was ~7g salt but the battery in my scale crapped out so I just eyeballed the yeast and sugar.

I just moved into this new place recently, so getting used to the oven is always a little bit tricky, but it gives me an excuse to enjoy some pizza.

The sauce was a can of Mutti 'polpa' tomatoes with some crushed garlic, chili flakes, a pinch of sea salt, and sugar.

Toppings were diced pickled jalepeños, onions, and Pizza Delight (Canadian brand) pepperoni with Black Diamond mozza.

Was fun to test out my new gas grill. I meant to put the cheesy patty on the bottom but it slipped my mind. Meat was seasoned with some Lawrey's seasoning salt and spicy BBQ sauce. Mustard, onions, and pickles to garnish.

It definitely scatched an itch. Burgers for breakfast should be more of a "thing".
