Natty e2 is 15 and test is 460.

A month or 2 ago I did a blood test my e2 was around 25 and test was 430 and SHBG was 20. Today I did another test and my test 460 and e2 15 and SHBG is 23. I’ll get back on boron to reduce the SHBG but why is my e2 so low? I feel like my knees are so dry but I do like dry af and vascular as a mfr. any inputs? Also how to raise e2 without gaining fat

Why does testosterone make me funnier and smarter?

I took a 10 week test prop cycle with 200 mgs. I realised I was mentally sharp as fuck. Now my levels are 450 with SHBG 20 and my free test idk but high normal I believe. I feel like a ghost of my former self although I train good, my body looks good, my food is good and my sleep is 11/10. I still can’t get to feel the same way I did on test. I just managed to raise my levels from 390 to 450. I can’t seem to go any higher for some reason.

My girl begged to get creampied 2-3 days after bleeding (day 10 of cycle). I woke up feeling regret as I should but I need to let you guys know she has PCOS and her cycles are usually 30-35 days. If you’re still young and healthy, AND your dick doesn’t or barely works around chicks, then you MUST cut off porn or masturbation. How do I know this? Cuz this shit was me and I’m willing to bet 80% of people here have the same issue. Once I cut out that shit I got much hornier looking at my girl(s). I’m not on gear and my sleep is PERFECT. Diet is solid and I maintain my weight. Regular weight lifting alongside wrestling. Stress level is low and cortisol level is low normal. Prolactin normal. E2 is like 28. Total T is 450 and SHBG is 20. Im 24. When I was 20 my total t was 600 and other variables were the same. My DHEA is above the reference range tho which is weird. I feel the sub optimal test due to how I’m kinda dead after 3 pm regardless of what I do. I NEED guidance. Now I’m not new to testosterone I took test when I saw my natty levels at 390 and decided to test the waters and life was amazing on it. I was mentally sharper, emotionally a fucking rock. I walked different, talked different and acted different. Not really different but a more amplified version of me. I sleep 10-11pm and wake up like 8-9 AM almost daily. I’m not in a caloric deficit im maintaining what I got.
