What are the general rates going here? what are the areas to consider for investment?
Guys, we (couple) are staying in 2.5bhk btm stage 2 (Near Poorvika). Lately we have been on and off to our hometown which brought unnecessary digits to our budget and while we paid full months rent as well.
Looks for folks who are looking for temporary stays(one room). So this could light our pocket. Rent would be in 15-20k for a month or per days/week as suitable.
