I moved from socal to NorCal and I used to be able to have access to the drop down menu to change region of care. With the new layout I cannot find this option anywhere. Does anyone know how to change region on the new website?
I was on a waiting list with NOCD for about 8 months and I had my first intake session yesterday! It's frustrating to me how people will tell people to get help for bdd like it's easy to get. There aren't many bdd specialists around and I live in a very populated state! If you're going through this alone you're a very resilient person even if it doesn't feel that way. Anyways my first session for real is on Thursday and I'm kinda nervous but really feel some relief already. Yaaay I hope this curse gets lifted.
Sorry if this doesn't fit here but I'm a bit worried. In 2021 my tsh was 1.1 and in 2026 it's now 0.6. My doctor doesn't seem concerned and said it's within healthy levels but I'm worried it will continue to decrease! I have had a birth control implant and I had that removed in 2025 and have been taking 50mg spiro for acne for about three months now. Has anyone else had this happen?
