Last minute non-cancellable bookings.

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the non-cancellable booking option for bookings that are within say 48 hours. It's really no benefit to offer discount for something so close. I was wondering if anyone had a solution?

Smart Pricing magically switched on

We have just spotted that Smart Pricing has been activated on our account all by itself and the smart prices are around 25% less than the minimum we accept. We already rank in the top 5 for occupancy in the region, so we definitely don't want to be dropping our price. Has anyone else experienced this? Now that calendars are open 24 months by default, we've had to go through every month and correct the prices.

Cohabitation Rights Bill

For those who have been through the pain of Divorce and decided never to put themselves in such Financial peril again, the UK government decides that cohabitation is to be treated similarly to marriage. So you invite your girl/boy friend to move in and after 3 years, they acquire marriage like rights. Your only option to protect your assets is opt out and spend money on divorce lawyers to sign-off on your agreement.

I have been living with my current partner for over 3 years. We are both divorced, we both know how painful it was. seems we now need another "divorce" even though we never got married.
