This sub reached 300 members faster than I thought, so it's time for another giveaway.

Rules

• Simply comment a date of the oldest coin you think is in the bags.

• No preference will be given if you choose a quarter or nickel, just guess a year.

• No dateless 🦬 buffalo nickel guesses!!! (If I find one, I'll give it away to a random contestant).

• 1 entry per person (please don't create burner accounts to increase your odds)

• Winner has 24 hrs to claim prize, then it will be given to the next person.

• In the event of a tie, my kids will throw a dart at the board with user names on it.

• Winner will be announced Monday July 6th!

Plot twist: if you want to use your guess to try and guess a W quarter, just comment a W quarter design that you think might be in there. For example, instead of commenting "1909" for the oldest year, guess "W - Tallgrass Prairie" and if I pull a W tallgrass quarter, It's yours!

I'm a man of my word and I will give away the oldest coin in here, even if I don't have it for my personal collection. Just like this 1912 nickel I gave away the first time I did this 5 months ago over on the best sub on Reddit! IYKYK 😉

In the event of a tie, I will have a non-contestant determine the winner by means of coin flip, names out of hat, darts thrown at a wall or whatever means they want to. In the event nobody picks the correct oldest date, I win and I get to keep the coin! But I'm guessing that won't be the instance.

I'm a man of my word so I will give it away even if it is silver. I've done it before and I'll do it again. The last winner got a 1912 Liberty Head Nickel.
