IBM India — On PIP and resigning during the PIP period

I’m currently working at IBM India and have been put on a PIP.
I’m considering resigning while the PIP is still ongoing. I wanted to understand from people who have actually gone through this at IBM India:
If I resign while I’m on PIP, does the PIP continue during my notice period?
Can IBM mark me as “failed PIP” even though I have already resigned?
Does a failed PIP have any impact on the resignation/relieving process, experience letter, or F&F?
Can they terminate me during my notice period because I failed the PIP?
Has anyone here actually resigned while on PIP at IBM India? What happened in your case?
I’m mainly looking for first-hand IBM India experiences, not general advice about PIPs at other companies.
Thanks!

Has anyone ever felt completely stuck in life?

I’m 26 and I know I’m burnt out.
I have a job, but I dread it. I feel stuck in life and like I’m not moving forward. I have no motivation to do anything anymore. Some days I don’t even want to get out of bed.
What’s getting to me is that this isn’t who I am. I genuinely love going to the gym, going for walks, and cooking. Those were the things that made me feel like myself, and now I can’t bring myself to do any of them.
For anyone who’s been through burnout this bad, what actually helped? How did you get yourself out of it? I’m not looking for generic advice. I just want to hear what genuinely worked for you.

Laptop recommendations for BSDS

Hi! My sister is joining ISI Bangalore BSDS this year. We’re planning to buy a laptop that will last through BSDS and possibly the integrated master’s.
What laptop would you recommend? Also, are these specs sufficient:
16GB vs 32GB RAM
Integrated graphics vs dedicated GPU
512GB vs 1TB SSD
Anything else we should look for or avoid?
