I got some weird grease-style stain on my tour shirt I got from the Jannus show in St Pete, my wife tried stain treating it and it just bleached. Fleshwater is one of my favorite bands and that was a great night so this is a real bummer. I know there's reproductions on the market but if anyone has an extra they'd be willing to part with, or is willing to pick one up, i'll pay above and beyond the actual cost of the shirt + shipping.

I posted a RG8004 with a pickguard that I put together last week, and in that time someone liked the build enough they traded me straight up for an Ibanez RG9QM in Black Ice. This is my 2nd 9 string I've owned, and early results I do like it quite a lot, maybe more than the IYV but time will tell.

I love After The Burial and plan to learn some stuff off Wolves Within, the first song I learned on my other 9 was the Deftones one but what other bands use a 9 string?

Picked up a whole RG8004 (guitar center "exclusive" color) with a EMG808x in the bridge position for 200$... couldn't pass it up. I debated getting a neck pickup to match, but after playing it a bit, I really wasn't missing the neck pickup.

I ordered a custom pick guard from Paradox Guitar Supply, carefully installed it, and boom. Pretty happy with it. Went with a .80-.10 set in EAEADGBE.

I traded away my 30" Aria Baritone... didn't particularly like it. Wasn't comfortable, the strat style bridge wasnt my vibe. Something just felt off.

Someone threw this into a partial trade/partial cash deal for a guitar I was getting rid of- and I'm happy to say I already like this a good bit better. Pickups don't suck out of the box which is nice, it's comfortable to play. This is my 2nd G4M instrument and I gotta say for a budget option they're pretty solid. Idk how much I'm going to realistically use this guitar but I'm glad to have a 30" baritone back in the rotation.

What are some common mods on these?

After a lot longer than it should have taken me, I finally got everything wired up and reassembled for my headless 9 string IYV.

Loosely inspired by Stef Carpenter's Kiesel 8 string in white. Stef Carpenter Fishman 9 string pickups (cost as much as the guitar, lol), semi-gloss white paint (automotive base coat with hardener in it for a very specific texture I wanted)

As it's maiden voyage I plan to record a cover of "The Spell Of Mathematics". It sounds absolutely massive. I could not be happier.
