How to go over this burnish without repainting wall?
I know the cleanest way to fix it would repaint this whole wall but I just moved in and this is like a 30ft wall. I created this burnishing by trying to clean scratches left by a mirror I put there… Didn’t know about burnishing.
anyways what do you think about tapping the end of a brush over the area to create the wall texture effect? or use a roller to create a rectangle floor to ceiling and feather out the sides? I know these aren’t gonna blend in perfect but anything is better than what my wall looks like rn.
Thoughts about getting septoplasty mid expansion?
I’m currently 4mm into FME expansion and am planning to get endoscopic septoplasty (where they only shave down one side; not breaking anything).
I have probably a couple turns left before stopping. Can’t do more because my upper jaw was already bigger than my lower, and don’t wanna do SFOT. Plus I feel my breathing benefits have plateaued.
Just want some opinions to see if it’s safe to do this during expansion
Non deviated side of nose completely blocks when I lay down
my non deviated side of my nose completely blocks every time I lay down. doesn’t matter if I sleep on the side back front sitting up. and it doesn’t change either if I wake up 5 times a night its only that side that is blocked. I’m going crazy
I’m currently 3mm fme expansion and my nasal breathing thru the day is fire but as soon as I lay down my left nostril blocks completely zero airflow. It is my non deviated septum side and I heard it happens because there’s more space so the turbinate overgrows.
I’m not getting turbinate reduction but does that mean I have to get septoplasty? Otherwise expansion is pretty useless because I’m just breathing thru my deviated side when I sleep. Ive tried nasal strips and sleeping on my right side but my turbinate is stubborn.
