Alternate day fasting
I'm a 27 year old woman, started at 149 last week and today I am 140. I am 5'6 and I have struggled with crash dieting, extreme restriction and binge cycles, but this has been the most consistent and easy natural weight loss I have had. I will fast about 24-35 hours or so and eat a good meal the next day. And repeat the cycle. Any other more curvy women who hold onto weight this is a game changer.
