Has anyone done a multifamily deal recently with seller financing? If so, what structure?
For context, this would be an 80 unit townhouse deal built in the late 90s.

I have done less than an ample amount of research, but have done a test drive. The 0% offer seems so good when you compare the cost vs used (assuming you finance a portion either way). I’ve kept up with Tesla for 10+ years, but don’t know the ins and outs you get from people on Reddit. Last chance - buy or no buy TODAY. I’m looking at the Premium with White interior.

Help with rodents? SE USA
My yard is full of voles and chipmunks. I’ve tried castor oil + mint oil tons of times no luck. However, today I’ve had a new issue pop up - see phot and glove for reference size. Can anyone help me identify this hole? This is much bigger than the vole/chipmunk holes. Also, any other possible solutions? Is an air rifle powerful enough to kill the chipmunks?
