Is this amount of fading normal for 2 weeks?

I’ve never dyed my hair, but this seems abnormal. I paid for a professional bleach & dye job for my daughter to start school. It’s been exactly 2 weeks today and the color is almost completely gone. We used the shampoo advised by the stylist. Should I take her back to the salon? This can’t be normal, right?

Special Education aides

Relying on a 1:1 aide for a low-verbal or non-verbal child sucks.

Relying on any of those people to stay at their job for more than 6 months sucks.

Having someone tell your vulnerable child that they're a great team, and they're going to help them, and then being ghosted with no notice sucks.

Being ambushed at pickup time by "Brandon" who introduces himself as "Your son's new aide for the rest of the school year," sucks.

I hate this. I hate it so much.

I hate that just as someone STARTS to get to know him, and finally works well with him, they're gone, and we're back to square one.

I FUCKING HATE IT HERE.

That is all. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

MUNI Streetcar or Bus with family of 5 and small carry-on luggage?

It's been decades since I've visited SF and I need advice about which route will be easier for my kids and I to get from the airport to our hotel with small suitcases. We're taking BART from SFO into the city and need to get to Fisherman's Wharf. We have the option of transferring to a bus, or a historic streetcar. Which one would be less crowded on a summer Wednesday afternoon? (Hopefully around 2:00-3:00pm, so not quite rush hour.) Greatly appreciate any guidance.
