Never seen this animation before haha. But well deserved for this mismatch of my 5'9" PG vs the big guy.
#1 Recruit on my board all year last year. Back and forth with The Citadel all year. Chose The Citadel over us in the last week of recruiting. Put them on the schedule this year and he was cooking us. Smh.
Episode 3 Live on my channel now!
After opening the season 2-1, the Bears travel to Stillwater for their toughest challenge yet: a road matchup against #7 Oklahoma State. Can Central Arkansas pull off a massive upset, or will the Cowboys and potential #1 pick Will Mills (great name) handle business at home?
I've had a difficult time parsing through information on this game as most of the coverage (rightfully so) was centered around the microtransactions in offline modes. I played CFB 25 and ran through about 5 seasons on my Georgia Tech Dynasty. But after a while the mode felt bare and showed a lack of depth. I ended up skipping 26 and had a good time playing through an NCAA 06 dynasty recently.
I guess I would just be curious on feedback for any true dynasty players out there. Are you enjoying the mode? How is the NIL implementation? Are transfers realistic? Is CPU recruiting realistic? Does it provide an actual engaging challenge (signing the #1 recruiting class @ GTech in year 3 is not realistic...) How are coach upgrades?
Perfect example of how having too many badges influences poor logic in gameplay. In an NBA game, if you are caught underneath the basket helping off your defender you are beat. In 2k, you can use your special power up badges, ignore the basketball logic of an elite NBA shooter catching the ball while you are below the free throw line, and get a 94% contest.
I put together a hype trailer for my 4th season as the head coach at the University of Central Arkansas. For those of you who don't know, UCA joined Division 1 college basketball in 2006, making them an interesting team to pick in Legacy as their roster is filled with a mix of D1/non D1 recruits. As an NAIA school, UCA made the national title game twice and is most notably where Scottie Pippen played his college ball.
We started year 1 with a solid roster for a year 1 closed Legacy. We competed well and went 11-15. In year 2 a superstar emerged in junior Erick Shropshire. After switching from PG to SG the 5'11" sharpshooter won Southland Player of the Year and led us to the 2nd round of the NIT. During his senior campaign we went 19-10 and won the Southland tourney, eventually getting blown by a loaded La Salle squad in the first round of March Madness.
The video focuses on the history of the legend Erick Shropshrie and how the Bears plan to move forward into year 4!
